Our proprietary traders cover global markets in fixed income futures and options as well as indices futures and options. Traders benefit from exceptionally fast exchange connections and primary IT support, as well receiving first class technical and empirical market analysis.
Sigma also offers trading facilities for backed client traders with advantageous desk costs and clearing rates. Client traders can operate remotely via our VPN service, or take a seat in-office and benefit from our fast and secure exchange connections as well as unparalleled IT infrastructure and support. Client traders also receive free access to Sigma Squawk and Signals from Sigma.
Proprietary and client traders can choose infrastructure packages to suit their needs with a choice of five trading platforms and two charting packages as well as access to Bloomberg and Reuters.

Trading Environment
For our employees and clients to perform at their best they need to be encompassed by an environment that is both comfortable and inspiring. Our large, sleek desks allow individuals acres of space and the modulated construction means that monitors and the desks surface itself are fully height adjustable. Top of the range office chairs complete the package and can themselves be fully adjusted to provide the best position to help maintain a perfect posture and minimise stress.
The Sigma attitude is professional but fun loving and this shown to it's best in the working office atmosphere where everyone is approachable; happy to talk about anything from trading strategies through to sports results.
Education
Sigma is constantly looking to help improve our traders through continual education. We firmly believe in the importance of keeping one step ahead in a changing and dynamic market. We provide our traders with the opportunity to develop through the creation of trading strategies and access the experienced views of senior traders.
We also offer access to a life coach for assistance in developing the perfect mental approach required for successful trading. This program has been shown to work historically; providing excellent traders the ability to achieve the consistent results that had been eluding them, helping traders turn around losing streaks and turning average traders into excellent traders.
Sigma also operates a graduate training scheme that is principally directed at individuals who have traded briefly but unsuccessfully at other institutions. The first group of trainees are showing good signs of progression and have started returning profits within three months as well hitting all the targets they have been set.
The scheme is still being developed and we are not presently looking to recruit.
